About this role
Lead agile project delivery for the Customer Experience Suite by defining scope, planning schedules, managing risks, and delivering value; mentor teams, drive adoption of digital processes, and partner with Product Owner and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope and schedule; organize and lead status meetings; manage risks and issues; delivery planning for assigned projects
- Assist in team development and mentoring
- Partner with Manager, Digital Experience Support to drive adoption of new digital processes; ensure training programs and support systems
- Define and manage a well-defined PM process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile execution
- Promote empowerment of the team, ensure engagement and sustainable pace; support Product Owner
Technical Overview
Strong understanding of SDLC and experience blending Agile with traditional PM. Manages multi-functional teams and governance to ensure high-quality, value-driven delivery of digital initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior program manager with 5+ years managing large, complex IT/software projects in a high-tech environment, proficient in Agile and blending with traditional PM. They will demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to mentor analysts while driving process improvements.
