About this role
Data Security Lead designs, implements, and operates enterprise IP protection capabilities, safeguarding intellectual property across data sources, AI workflows, and cloud environments. This role leads a team of data security engineers and partners with architecture, cloud, data, and AI platform teams.

- Lead design, deployment, and operation of data security platforms
- Implement enterprise-scale DSPM across cloud, on-prem, SaaS
- Ensure platforms are reliable and integrated with security ecosystem
- Data discovery and classification execution
- IP protection engineering

Engineering leadership focused on DSPM, data discovery/classification, monitoring, IP protection techniques, and incident response; strong collaboration with SOC and IR teams.

The ideal candidate is a senior security engineer with 10+ years of data security experience, demonstrated leadership, and strong hands-on capabilities implementing DSPM, IP protection, and security across cloud environments in regulated banking contexts.
