About this role

Director of Business Continuity Management will lead the enterprise BCM program, ensuring resilience and regulatory compliance across the organization. The role coordinates crisis response, recovery planning, and alignment with Cybersecurity and Enterprise Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate design, development, maintenance and testing of crisis response and recovery plans
Manage BCM program administration (BIA, BCP, risk assessments)
Lead BCM training and awareness
Align BC strategies with Disaster Recovery and Cybersecurity governance
Collaborate with BUs and vendors

Technical Overview

Deep expertise in BCM processes and platforms (ServiceNow BCM), governance across frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27000, SOC 2), and regulatory regimes (SOX, GDPR, CCPA) with a strong leadership focus.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced BCM leader with 12+ years IT/Cyber and 10+ years in operational resilience, capable of guiding enterprise risk and BCM strategy across manufacturing operations, with strong executive communication and cross-functional influence.

Must-Have Skills
