About this role

AI Strategy Associate will help define MassMutual's AI strategy and enterprise-wide lighthouse programs; partner with the Head of AI Strategy and senior stakeholders to drive cross-functional execution and publish updates for Board and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Head of AI Strategy to define transformation approach
  • Lead content creation for Board meetings and executive updates
  • Perform research on technology trends and quantify financial impact
  • Create client-facing deliverables that are simple, data-driven
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver lighthouse programs

The ideal candidate is a mid-career strategy professional with 2+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy, a Bachelor's degree, and strong narrative/communication skills to craft executive-level strategy and cross-functional initiatives around AI and emerging technologies.
