Focus on enterprise agility best practices, maturity assessments, metrics, and community of practice; collaborates with directors and product teams to scale and sustain transformation.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior agile coach with 4+ years driving enterprise-wide agile transformations across disciplines, strong expertise in SAFe/Scrum/Kanban, and experience weaving design thinking and change management into operations.
