Analyst II - ServiceNow CMDB & Knowledge Management at Skechers supports ITOM/ITSM capabilities, ensuring CMDB accuracy, governance, and knowledge workflows within ServiceNow across a multi-source environment.
Key Responsibilities
- CMDB maintenance and data quality audits
- Validate CI data with asset IT operations and infrastructure teams
- Define and maintain CI classes and relationships per CSDM
- Participate in CMDB audits and compliance activities
- Manage Knowledge Management workflows and article lifecycle
Technical Overview
Hands-on CMDB administration, CMDB governance, CMDB audits, CMDB data modeling, ServiceNow Discovery/Service Mapping, MID Server, integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, and Knowledge Management aligned to KCS.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM professional with 3+ years focusing on CMDB governance, Discovery, and Knowledge Management, able to integrate ServiceNow with external data sources.
Must-Have Skills
