Analyst II - ServiceNow CMDB & Knowledge Management at Skechers supports ITOM/ITSM capabilities, ensuring CMDB accuracy, governance, and knowledge workflows within ServiceNow across a multi-source environment.

  • CMDB maintenance and data quality audits
  • Validate CI data with asset IT operations and infrastructure teams
  • Define and maintain CI classes and relationships per CSDM
