About this role
The Nursing Supervisor directs activities for efficient unit functioning, supervises nursing staff, and coordinates patient requirements on an inpatient psychiatric unit. The role partners with the Nurse Manager to ensure timely, compliant care.

- Supervises RNs/LPNs and provides care

- Participates in committees and staff development

Inpatient psychiatric care; DC nursing license; Cerner HIM system; BLS; MS Office
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a DC-licensed RN with 4+ years of inpatient psychiatric experience, strong supervisory skills, and Cerner/HIM experience, capable of leading nursing staff and coordinating unit operations.
