About this role
Desktop Support Technician will join a client team to support internal employees at a walk-up desk with hardware, phones, basic software, and AV support. Flexible hours, ~35 hours per week, with occasional after-hours meeting support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline desk-side IT support
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Assist with AV setup and support
- Maintain customer service quality
- Handle after-hours meeting support
Technical Overview
Support scope includes hardware/software for desktops and laptops, AV systems, and end-user devices; on-site Tampa environment; after-hours support as needed.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an associate desktop support analyst with 2-4 years experience, strong Windows environment, and support for Office apps; capable of remote and desk-side support; proficient with ticketing systems and customer service.
