About this role

Entry-level BIM Operator supporting 3D modeling and 2D installation drawings on electrical construction projects, using Revit/Navisworks/Bluebeam Revu with BIM 360.

Key Responsibilities

Develops 3D models from redlines and construction documents
Creates 2D installation drawings from 3D models
Performs model population (conduits, trays, equipment, fixtures)
Maintains project setup and folders
Performs quality control on models and drawings

Technical Overview

Uses Autodesk Revit for 3D modeling, Navisworks for clash detection/coordination, Bluebeam Revu for documentation, and BIM 360 for file management and coordination.

Ideal Candidate

An entry-level BIM operator with a high school diploma, eager to learn BIM workflows using Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam Revu on electrical construction projects; remote-friendly with basic computer skills.
