Junior Business Analyst will gather and refine business requirements for PostcardMania's NIMBLE ERP, manage a backlog, and collaborate with the Senior Efficiency Analyst to drive feature adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements
- Manage and maintain a backlog of requests and issues
- Serve as point of contact for the business and triage issues
- Track status and provide updates to stakeholders
- Create and maintain documentation including requirements and process workflows
Technical Overview
Translating business needs into technical specifications, documenting workflows, and delivering user training within an Agile environment.
