Junior Business Data Analyst supporting IT services/consulting projects remotely. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting specifications, and developing dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements
Translate needs into functional specifications and user stories
Assist in JAD sessions and stakeholder discussions
Develop and maintain reports using Excel or reporting tools
Support creation of dashboards and data visualizations

Technical Overview

Stack includes Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and visualization tools; Agile/Scrum environment; Jira/Confluence used for project governance; emphasis on requirements documentation and data visualization.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a entry-level business/data analyst with strong Excel skills, basic SQL, and experience turning business needs into functional specifications. They should be comfortable with Jira/Confluence, dashboards, and data visualization in Power BI and Tableau.
