About this role

Junior Business Data Analyst supporting financial systems, reporting, and compliance within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial datasets (GL, AP/AR, transactions)
Prepare/validate financial reports and dashboards
Support regulatory/compliance reporting
Collaborate with finance and IT to define system requirements
Perform data reconciliation and variance analysis

Technical Overview

Stack includes advanced Excel and basic SQL, with exposure to SAP and Oracle Financials; involvement in regulatory/compliance reporting and data reconciliation.

Ideal Candidate

Entry-level data analyst with 0-2 years in financial services, strong Excel skills, and basic SQL. Familiarity with SAP or Oracle Financials and understanding of SOX compliance are preferred.
