About this role

The Junior Business Process Analyst will support the optimization of organizational workflows by identifying inefficiencies and designing streamlined solutions. You will document As-Is and To-Be states and assist in implementing best practices across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize industry-standard notation to create UML diagrams, including Activity Diagrams, Decomposition Diagrams, and Swimlanes
Assist in leading discovery sessions and JAD sessions
Perform Gap Analysis and Root Cause Analysis
Translate process needs into User Stories and participate in SDLC
Support data migration and integration and data validation

Technical Overview

Experience with BPM tools (JIRA, Confluence), Visio, and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau); familiarity with UML diagrams, SDLC, and documenting requirements (BRDs/FRDs/SRS).

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a junior business process analyst with a foundation in Agile/Scrum, experience with JIRA/Confluence, and strong data visualization skills to translate processes into actionable requirements.
