About this role
Sumsub is looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to build, keep, and improve strong connections with customers. The role manages clients across technical, business, and product levels, supports feature adoption, and feeds customer insights back to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage clients on technical, business, and product levels
- Manage and grow relationship with Key Client stakeholders
- Provide training and webinars and introduce new product features
- Handle new feature releases and manage client challenges
- Provide client feedback internally and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Technical Overview
This is a customer-facing role within a compliance/verification SaaS context. You will support client success using structured reporting/analysis in Google Sheets / MS Excel and apply basic KYC understanding (preferred) to align customer goals with product workflows.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level Customer Success or Account Management professional with experience supporting fintech/crypto/payments customers. They are strong in analytics, proactive communication, and managing clients end-to-end across technical and product needs, with working proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel and an advantage of basic KYC knowledge.
