Sumsub seeks a Junior Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships, train clients via webinars, and manage onboarding and feature releases. This remote role supports a global client base in crypto, fintech, and payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing clients on all levels
- Managing and growing relationship with Key Client stakeholders
- Providing training and webinars
- Introducing clients to new features and handling feature releases
- Providing client feedback internally
Technical Overview
Focus on customer success processes, client onboarding, and training; uses Google Sheets and Excel for analytics; collaborates with Sales, Solution Architects, Product Management, Legal and Marketing.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level customer success professional with basic familiarity with crypto/fintech/payments, strong analytical skills, and the ability to train clients through webinars. Strong emphasis on remote work and cross-functional collaboration.
