About this role
Cybersecurity Engineer supporting USAF Cloud One architecture across multi-cloud environments; perform authorization-related activities, incident response, and RMF/NIST SP 800-53 compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cybersecurity authorization services; detect, mitigate, and respond to cyber incidents; collect intelligence; support RMF artifacts; assist with ATO maintenance and remediation tracking
Technical Overview
Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), RMF/DoDI 8510.01, NIST SP 800-53, ATO/cATO processes, ISSO/ISSM roles, incident response, forensics, STIG/SRG.
Ideal Candidate
An entry-level cybersecurity engineer with 0-2 years in cloud security, familiar with AWS/Azure/GCP, RMF/NIST SP 800-53, and incident response; capable of supporting DoD/USAF security activities in a hybrid environment.
