Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a junior finance business analyst with 0-2 years of experience, strong Excel skills, familiarity with BRD/FRD/SRS documentation, UAT, and agile/scrum processes. They should be comfortable working remotely and collaborating with IT and Finance stakeholders.
