About this role
Support Arrow’s Global HR Technology Team by administering HR systems, handling HR technology issues, and ensuring HR data integrity. Perform scheduled data audits, support Workday mass uploads via EIB processes, and write/maintain HR Technology documentation including workflows and knowledge articles.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate day-to-day HR system administration (Workday, ServiceNow), including user profiles, access/security, and system table updates
- Support HR colleagues by researching and resolving HR system problems and process flaws
- Perform scheduled data audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Execute mass data uploads into Workday using EIB processes and maintain the EIB template library
- Write, maintain, and support documentation for HR Technology including workflows, user guides, and knowledge articles
Technical Overview
This role focuses on HRIS administration and operational support across Workday and other HR systems such as ServiceNow, Cornerstone, and SharePoint. You will coordinate HR system upgrades/patches, troubleshoot HR system problems, and manage data integrity through audits and Workday EIB-based mass uploads.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level HR technology administrator with 1–2 years of HR technology/HRIS exposure, ideally supporting Workday administration, upgrades, and data integrity tasks. They are detail-oriented, strong in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word, and comfortable performing issue tracking, documentation, and scheduled data audits.
