About this role
GovCIO seeks an entry-level proposal writer/analyst to support government proposal responses. The role focuses on analyzing solicitation requirements, creating compliant proposal content, and producing artifacts such as past performance and resumes as part of a proposal team.

- Develop content iteratively using storyboarding best practices

- Write past performance and resume content across multiple contracts/candidates
Technical Overview
This position is centered on proposal development for government solicitations (RFPs and RFQs). The candidate will contribute to non-technical sections using storyboarding and win themes/discriminators while ensuring data accuracy and alignment with overall proposal strategy and messaging, using MS Office tools.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level proposal writer/analyst with 1-3 years of experience responding to government solicitations, including RFPs and RFQs. They can write compliant, compelling proposal sections—especially non-technical content like past performance and resumes—while collaborating with a proposal team using win themes, discriminators, and strengths. Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to think critically and adapt in a fast-paced environment are key.
