This is an entry-level Junior Sales Representative role where you train to manage the full sales process for homebuyers. You will qualify visitors, demonstrate homes, handle objections, document transactions, and track loan/options/construction progress through close of escrow.

  • Greet and qualify visitors
  • Demonstrate models/homes/home sites and overcome objections to close sales
  • Document transactions and cancellations while maintaining lot files/sales files
  • Track progress of loan, options and construction and respond to customer requests
  • Monitor models and sales office for appropriate disclosures, supplies, repairs, etc.

The role is customer-facing and operational, using DRH Sales applications on mobile devices or a laptop plus MS Office and email. You must maintain accurate sales documentation (lot files/sales files) and ensure compliance with quality standards through proper execution of policies and sales office monitoring.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level Junior Sales Representative who is willing to train to manage the full home sales process from the first customer interaction through the close of escrow. They can demonstrate models and homes, handle sales objections, and accurately document and track loan/options/construction progress while maintaining lot and sales files. They are proficient with MS Office and email, can use DRH Sales applications on mobile devices or a laptop, and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
