The Junior Sales Representative role trains you to manage the full home sales process and communicate with customers from first interaction through the close of escrow. You’ll demonstrate model homes, handle objections, document transactions, and track loan/options/construction progress.

  • Greet and qualify visitors
  • Demonstrate models/homes/home sites and present to prospective customers
  • Overcome sales objections; close for the sale through close of escrow
  • Document transactions, cancellations, and maintain lot/sales files
  • Track progress of loan, options and construction and respond to customer requests

This role relies on using DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop and being proficient with MS Office and email. It also expects familiarity with CRM software and disciplined file/document tracking (lot files/sales files).

The ideal candidate is an entry-level sales professional in training with strong customer communication skills and comfort managing the sales process from first interaction through the close of escrow. They should be proficient with MS Office and email, able to use DRH Sales applications on mobile devices, and familiar with CRM workflows.
