About this role
FS-Elliott is hiring a Key Account Manager to support the Americas region with a strong focus on new business across Central and South America. You will manage key customers and prospects, deliver technical presentations, build account plans, maintain CRM forecasts, and coordinate cross-functionally—including aftermarket—to improve long-term customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, well-prepared technical presentations to customers and prospects
- Maintain an accurate CRM sales forecast and provide opportunity updates
- Develop strategic sales plans and guide quoting and bid activities
- Support negotiations with Finance, Legal, and Contract Administration
- Coordinate with Aftermarket teams to resolve installation and commissioning issues
Technical Overview
This is a technical sales role centered on centrifugal compressor solutions. The environment relies on CRM sales forecasting (Salesforce) and tools such as Microsoft Office 365 and ERP tools, plus coordination with Aftermarket teams for installation and commissioning issues.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Key Account Manager with strong experience selling technical, industrial solutions such as centrifugal compressor systems. They are comfortable delivering technical presentations, managing CRM-driven forecasts, building strategic account plans, and coordinating cross-functionally to support negotiations and customer success across the Americas.
