About this role
Align Technology is seeking a Key Account Manager (LA South) to drive growth with its largest and most strategic dental accounts. The role focuses on applying Invisalign and iTero sales strategies, executing consultative selling, building account plans, and using data/analytics to improve digital integration and case volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Use consultative selling to teach customers and drive modernization
- Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets
- Serve as primary strategic partner for top accounts and coordinate internally
- Diagnose workflow/service gaps and design account-specific solutions
- Create and execute account plans and facilitate joint business planning

This role is technology-enabled healthcare sales, centered on Invisalign and iTero solutions and improving digital integration and Invisalign utilization. It emphasizes consultative, virtual selling and requires strong use of data/analytics to guide customer decision-making.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Key Account Manager with comprehensive Invisalign and iTero sales strategy experience, able to execute consultative selling with Orthodontists and General Dentists. They consistently hit quarterly and yearly territory sales targets using data/analytics, create account plans, run joint business planning, and lead customer education in a virtual selling environment.
