About this role
Remote Key Account Specialist for the Upper Midwest responsible for full-plant level account management, technical support, and growth initiatives across assigned facilities. Travel 50–75% to drive onsite optimization and ensure consistent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Primary Applied Adhesives contact for assigned Key Account facilities
- Own day-to-day relationships with plant management, engineering, maintenance and operations
- Lead adhesive trials, line startups, conversions, and optimization
- Coordinate internal technical resources and supplier support
- Monitor competitive activity and communicate insights to account leadership

Field-based role focusing on adhesive applications with hands-on troubleshooting, adhesive trials, plant-level issue resolution, and coordination of internal resources. Requires understanding of adhesives and related equipment; strong relationship and account management skills.
