About this role
The Key Account Specialist, West is responsible for full-plant level account management and execution across assigned Key Account facilities, serving as the primary owner for relationships, technical support, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary Applied Adhesives contact for key facilities
- Own day-to-day relationships with plant management
- Conduct onsite visits to understand needs
- Lead adhesive trials and optimization initiatives
- Coordinate pricing strategy and expansion planning
- Support expansion into new lines or facilities
Technical Overview
Hands-on technical aptitude in adhesives and applications with strong troubleshooting capabilities; experience working in manufacturing or plant environments; ability to travel to customer facilities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a technically capable, plant-level relationship builder with 3–7+ years of adhesives experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and willingness to travel regularly on the West Coast.
Must-Have Skills
Associate's degree required.
