About this role
The Client Relationship Associate (CRA) supports the KPB Relationship Manager and field team by onboarding clients, maintaining client relationships, and providing top-tier service. The role focuses on proactive outreach, follow-up after meetings, and assisting with sales and lending operations using Salesforce and Wealth Direction (WD).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and participate in sales presentations and annual wealth reviews
- Support scheduling and attend meetings/market huddles/pods
- Own follow up after client meetings on takeaways and next steps
- Coordinate client onboarding and update tools (IM&T, Wealth Direction (WD))
- Maintain Salesforce (CRM) and Salesforce Task Queue data quality
Technical Overview
This role is primarily customer-facing and relationship-operations oriented, but it requires strong proficiency with customer systems and workflows, including Salesforce (CRM and Salesforce Task Queue) and Wealth Direction (WD). Responsibilities include accurate data entry, onboarding coordination, and leveraging centralized service task queues to route client service work.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level client relationship professional who can support a relationship manager and proactively manage a client book. They are comfortable coordinating onboarding, follow-ups, and administrative workflows using Salesforce and internal tools like Wealth Direction (WD), while delivering top-tier client service.
