Lead enterprise knowledge management strategy and governance for federal programs, ensuring KM maturity, compliance, and ROI. Provide mentorship and executive-level briefings while coordinating KM and RM practices across DoD/federal environments.

Technical Overview
Enterprise KM frameworks across complex networks, integration with RM, governance and compliance with federal laws, implementation of KM platforms (SharePoint, SharePoint Online, Confluence) and data standards.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior KM leader with TS/SCI clearance and 10+ years of KM/records management experience in DoD/federal environments, capable of designing enterprise KM frameworks, governance, and RM programs and briefing executives.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor's degree in Information ManagementBusiness ITor related field (Master's preferred)10+ years of experience in Knowledge managementrecords managementinformation managementor data strategyproven experience designing and implementing KM frameworks at scaleTS/SCI security clearancestrong understanding of DoD or federal environments (Department of the Air Force preferred)Experience with platforms such as (SharePoint / SharePoint OnlineMicrosoft 365 ecosystem)Ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsstrong leadershipcommunicationand stakeholder engagement skills
