This role involves providing technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple Florida locations, supporting enterprise IT initiatives, and maintaining documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve Tier 2 issues, troubleshoot endpoints, configure devices, support access management, collaborate with MSP
Technical Overview
Supports Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, MDM platforms, Windows 10/11, and basic network troubleshooting including LAN, WiFi, VPN, DNS, DHCP.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level IT support specialist with 2-5 years of experience supporting multi-site environments, proficient in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and network troubleshooting. They are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working onsite in Orlando, FL.
