About this role
Build and maintain RPA integrations that connect imaging center scheduling systems (RIS) to Scan.com’s internal platform. The work focuses on extracting appointment availability and ensuring accurate, validated scheduling data transfer with strong error handling and escalation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain RPA bots for appointment data extraction
- Navigate diverse RIS systems with resilient screen-scraping
- Implement robust error handling and exception queues with retries, alerting, and human escalation
- Build data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy between systems
- Partner to secure access/credentials and document workflows, edge cases, and process maps
Technical Overview
Design, build, and operate RPA bots for data extraction from Radiology Information Systems (RIS) using resilient screen-scraping logic across UI inconsistencies. Implement exception management (queues, retries, alerting), plus validation and reconciliation layers to prevent scheduling mismatches, and document workflows for future automation.
