Lab Engineer in the OISL Rework/Recovery area performing hardware rework, failure analysis, and recovery for optical components on 2nd shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hardware rework operations on OISL components
- Execute failure analysis and root cause investigations
- Develop and maintain SOPs
- Implement safety protocols
- Train team members and track rework metrics
Technical Overview
Hands-on hardware rework with precision alignment and testing; development of SOPs; documentation; calibration and maintenance of lab equipment; focus on safety and quality.
Ideal Candidate
An entry-level lab engineer with 1+ year in hardware rework, strong troubleshooting and documentation skills, and willingness to implement SOPs and participate in continuous improvement.
