Lead the regional cyber professional services delivery and grow cybersecurity and OT-related business in Latin America by coordinating regional and global CPS delivery teams, managing P&L, and championing a best-practices approach to customer experience.

Technical Overview
Role centers on cybersecurity program delivery, OT/IT convergence, enterprise program development, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and partners. Emphasis on P&L ownership and process quality (QMS/SQDC).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level cybersecurity program manager with 5+ years of P&L ownership, overseeing OT/IT convergence initiatives and global CPS delivery. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor/partner engagement are essential.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technology-driven discipline5+ years of proven experience as a P&L ownerExperience completing full program/project lifecycle implementations as part of a largemulti-disciplinary teamExperience developing enterprise program in OT space
