Key Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Provide technical support to customers and answer complex questions
- Schedule service orders and follow up
- Ensure timely dispatch and completion of appointments
- Educate customers on Fision Essentials
Technical Overview
Provides IPTV and internet support, utilizes Amdocs for documenting and closing service orders, educates customers on Fision Essentials, and collaborates with account management for activation residuals.
