About this role

Lead BI delivery and data governance for Lifecycle Services, translating business needs into trusted insights and governed data assets. Partner with LCS leaders to drive AI-ready analytics and adoption of standardized dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of BI solutions across LCS operations, finance, delivery, quality, and performance management
Develop LCS data governance frameworks, including data ownership and stewardship
Establish definitions, metrics, and master data practices
Ensure data foundations (quality, lineage, security, access, documentation) to support AI readiness
Lead a team of BI managers, data engineers, scientists and analysts

Technical Overview

Owns enterprise BI governance and analytics enablement with Power BI as a core tool; focuses on data foundations, ownership, stewardship, and AI readiness across LCS data sources; interacts with cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior data governance and analytics leader with strong Power BI and governance experience, capable of driving AI-ready analytics and adoption of standardized dashboards for Lifecycle Services. They should partner with LCS leaders and oversee governance and data quality initiatives across multiple data sources.
