About this role
Lead customer journey analytics using Adobe CJA and Adobe Analytics to unify online and offline data and provide cross-channel insights. Own dashboard creation, anomaly investigation, tracking validation, and complex data integration from claims and other healthcare-related sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and maintain dashboards and reporting in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Monitor dashboards to identify anomalies and investigate root causes
- Validate new tracking implementations in lower-level environments prior to release
- Lead data profiling, source to target mapping, and complex data integration from disparate sources
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
Technical Overview
Analytics engineering and leadership focused on Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Analytics. Responsible for dashboards/reporting, tracking implementation validation in lower-level environments, root-cause analysis, data profiling, source-to-target mapping, and integrating disparate data sources (claims, provider, member, encounters) to drive measurable business outcomes.
