Key Responsibilities
- Strategic technical advocacy (P1 response), lead MB/Rs with incident trends and RCA, advocate product roadmap in restricted environments, manage self-hosted Data Plane lifecycles and zero-downtime upgrades, architect secure internal Kubernetes/EKS validation and RBAC/access policy alignment
Technical Overview
Involves advanced Kubernetes/SRE practices, IaC (Terraform), container security (Docker/Helm), and secure delivery to restricted environments, with emphasis on vaultless tokenization and cryptographic protections.
