About this role
Lead data analytics efforts across the organization, producing reporting, dashboards, metrics, and KPI-driven insights. Provide ad-hoc and strategic analysis to improve line of business performance and support business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex data analytic engagements (access to data, test strategies, documentation)
- Develop, implement, and maintain reports, dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and data visualizations
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to key stakeholders
- Evaluate and improve report/process design as business needs evolve
- Identify key internal/external business factors and provide data-driven recommendations
