Lead Architect role focused on designing enterprise AI solutions that deliver business value while maintaining ethical standards. You will collaborate with technology and business leaders, advise domain architects, and help establish governance and an enterprise AI solutions architecture practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect scalable, production-grade AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions
  • Consult with division and domain architects to align enterprise AI architecture
  • Align AI platform capabilities (LLM selection/routing, RAG pipelines, memory systems, tool/function-calling patterns) to business needs
  • Establish governance, risk, and control processes for safe, compliant AI deployments (EU AI Act, GDPR, NAIC, NIST AI RMF)
  • Track and communicate the evolving AI platform roadmap and competitive landscape insights

Technical Overview

Architects scalable, production-grade AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems, including autonomous agent design and multi-agent orchestration using LangChain, Strands, and Crew AI. Owns platform-alignment decisions across LLM selection/routing and RAG pipelines (including memory systems and tool/function-calling patterns) and ensures responsible deployment using EU AI Act, GDPR, NAIC, and NIST AI RMF.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a Lead Architect-level AI practitioner with hands-on experience architecting AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems at production scale. They have demonstrated expertise with autonomous agent design, multi-agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Strands, Crew AI), and LLM/RAG patterns (LLM selection and routing, RAG pipelines, memory systems), along with strong governance for responsible AI using frameworks like EU AI Act, GDPR, NAIC, and NIST AI RMF.
