About this role

Lead the architecture of AI solutions intended to drive business value while maintaining ethical standards, with a focus within the BSI/Cyber context. Collaborate with technology and business leaders to design scalable AI systems and governance processes for responsible deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply hands-on AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI expertise to architect scalable production-grade AI solutions across the enterprise
  • Consult with division and domain architects to drive architecture alignment and establish an enterprise AI solutions architecture practice
  • Align AI platform capabilities to business needs including LLM selection/routing, RAG pipelines, memory systems, and tool/function-calling patterns
  • Establish governance, risk, and control processes for safe, compliant AI deployments using EU AI Act, GDPR, NAIC, and NIST AI RMF
  • Track and communicate the evolving AI platform roadmap and surface competitive landscape insights

Technical Overview

Own enterprise AI solutions architecture across AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI using LangChain, Strands, Crew AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent2Agent integration, LLM selection and routing, RAG pipelines, memory systems, and tool/function-calling patterns. Ensure deployments follow governance and compliance guidance using EU AI Act, GDPR, NAIC, and NIST AI RMF.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a lead-level AI solutions architect aligned with BSI/Cyber priorities, with hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems. They can architect scalable solutions using LangChain, Crew AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and RAG pipelines, and they understand governance and compliance using EU AI Act, GDPR, NAIC, and NIST AI RMF.
