Lead Architect responsible for architecting enterprise AI systems that support business value in the Claims area. The role emphasizes consulting and alignment with domain architects, plus establishing governance to ensure safe and compliant AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect scalable, production-grade AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions
  • Provide consulting expertise to division and domain architects for architecture alignment
  • Align AI platform capabilities (LLM selection/routing, RAG pipelines, memory systems, tool/function-calling)
  • Establish governance, risk, and control processes for compliant AI deployments
  • Track and communicate the AI platform roadmap and competitive landscape insights

Technical Overview

Architects AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI capabilities including autonomous agent design and multi-agent orchestration using LangChain, Strands, and Crew AI. Builds platform alignment across LLM selection/routing and RAG pipelines (memory systems and tool/function-calling patterns) while ensuring responsible deployment with EU AI Act, GDPR, NAIC, and NIST AI RMF.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a lead-level AI architect with strong hands-on experience designing AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems for enterprise use.
