About this role

Lead the architecture of AI solutions that drive business value while maintaining ethical standards. Collaborate with technology and business leaders to design scalable AI systems, guide governance and risk controls, and align AI platform capabilities with enterprise needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply hands-on AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI expertise to architect scalable production-grade AI solutions across the enterprise
  • Consult with division and domain architects to drive architecture alignment and establish an enterprise AI solutions architecture practice
  • Align AI platform capabilities to business needs including LLM selection/routing, RAG pipelines, memory systems, and tool/function-calling patterns
  • Establish governance, risk, and control processes for safe, compliant AI deployments using EU AI Act, GDPR, NAIC, and NIST AI RMF
  • Track and communicate the evolving AI platform roadmap and surface competitive landscape insights

Technical Overview

Own enterprise AI solutions architecture across AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. Architect systems using LangChain, Strands, Crew AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent2Agent integration, LLM selection and routing, RAG pipelines, memory systems, and tool/function-calling patterns, with compliance informed by EU AI Act, GDPR, NAIC, and NIST AI RMF.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a lead-level AI solutions architect with hands-on expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems deployed in production. They have strong experience designing scalable architectures using LangChain, Crew AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and RAG pipelines, and they understand AI governance requirements across EU AI Act, GDPR, NAIC, and NIST AI RMF.
