Lead Architect role focused on designing AI/ML and Agentic AI systems that deliver business value while meeting ethical and compliance expectations. The position partners with technology and business leaders and helps drive enterprise architecture alignment and AI governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect scalable, production-grade AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions
  • Consult with division and domain architects to align enterprise AI architecture
  • Align AI platform capabilities to business needs (LLMs, RAG, memory, tool/function calling)
  • Implement governance, risk, and control processes for safe compliant AI deployments
  • Track and communicate AI platform roadmap and competitive landscape insights

Technical Overview

Architects AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI capabilities including autonomous agent design and multi-agent orchestration (LangChain, Strands, Crew AI). Defines platform alignment across LLM selection/routing, RAG pipelines, memory systems, and tool/function-calling patterns, with responsible deployment governance using EU AI Act, GDPR, NAIC, and NIST AI RMF.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a lead-level AI solutions architect with hands-on AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI experience architecting production-grade systems for enterprise adoption. They are skilled in autonomous agent design and multi-agent orchestration (LangChain, Strands, Crew AI) and can implement LLM/RAG capabilities (LLM selection/routing, RAG pipelines, memory systems, tool/function-calling), while building compliant governance aligned to EU AI Act, GDPR, NAIC, and NIST AI RMF.
