Lead Benefits Analyst serving as the primary HRIS/IT liaison for disability, leave, and accommodation programs; partners with Payroll, Benefits, HR, Legal, and vendor to resolve complex cases, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver timely service.

The ideal candidate is a senior benefits analyst with 5+ years in disability/leave operations and vendor management, strong HRIS experience (HRIS reporting and automation), and proficiency with ServiceNow for case management and escalations. They should excel in cross-functional collaboration, regulatory compliance, and data-driven process improvements in a remote, full-time role.
