Lead BP&A Analyst responsible for capturing, analyzing, forecasting, and reporting financial and operational data for the US Gulf Coast Clean Products division. The role drives commercial and financial analysis for Gas, Diesel, and Jet Fuel and leads reporting and modeling that clarifies margin drivers and financial impacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and quarterly operational and financial reporting and bridge to GAAP
- Lead development and presentation of business plans, forecasts, and expense budgets
- Design and maintain advanced financial models tied to KPIs and margin drivers
- Collaborate with Supply Trading and Origination leadership in strategic meetings
- Use automation to improve efficiency and reimagine current methods
Technical Overview
Leads advanced financial modeling and KPI monitoring to generate real-time insights, including scenario-oriented analysis through operational-to-GAAP P&L bridging. Emphasizes automation to improve data accuracy and reduce manual, non-value-add steps across planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a lead BP&A analyst who can serve as the subject matter expert for commercial and financial analysis across Gas, Diesel, and Jet Fuel markets. They have strong experience leading monthly and quarterly reporting, bridging indicative operational P&Ls to GAAP financial P&Ls, and building advanced financial models driven by KPIs and margin drivers. They also demonstrate automation-focused process improvement and can partner with Supply Trading and Origination leadership in strategic meetings.
