About this role
Lead the design, development, deployment, and quality of Caterpillar's data quality and BI platform, guiding cross-functional teams in Agile sprints to deliver valuable business features. Manage end-to-end analytics capabilities, data pipelines, and reporting dashboards.

Technical Overview
Scope includes AWS full-stack development (Athena, Glue, DynamoDB, EC2, EMR, RDS, S3, SageMaker), Snowflake or Hadoop for data warehousing, and BI visualization with Tableau and Power BI; emphasis on data quality and cross-functional collaboration within Agile teams.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a lead BI analyst with 4+ years of experience in data processing and analytics, strong Python and AWS expertise, and a proven ability to deliver data-quality driven BI solutions using Tableau and Power BI in a cross-functional, agile environment.
