About this role
Lead technical developer responsible for Salesforce CRM delivery, integration design, and ongoing support. The role also supports adjacent systems including Oracle Database, a custom Amazon Web Services (AWS) app for Price Attribute Store, and a .NET Price List application.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical efforts and manage delivery of medium to large projects, Design solutions across application and integrations with scalability/supportability/security, Lead integration, performance, and load testing and identify automation opportunities, Provide cutover planning input including mock cutover exercises and support go-live/hypercare, Troubleshoot complex issues and facilitate SOP creation while championing supportability
Technical Overview
Own Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as the primary platform, designing solutions across applications and integrations. Lead integration, performance, and load testing, manage cutover planning/mocks, and support go-live and hypercare for a cloud-leaning technology landscape that includes Oracle Database, Amazon Web Services apps, and Microsoft .NET applications.

The ideal candidate is a lead software developer who has served as a Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) lead developer and delivered integrations and application support in a complex, evolving landscape. They have strong experience with Oracle Database, Amazon Web Services, and .NET-based solutions, plus hands-on testing (performance/load) and cutover/go-live readiness support.
