About this role
Lead CVS Health’s Analytics Engineering leadership for Aetna’s data science teams. You will guide a team of analytics engineers and oversee software development for scalable applications integrating predictive models, LLMs, and vector search on Google Cloud Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of analytics engineers (software, ML, data)
- Architect and oversee complex distributed systems at scale
- Develop strategies for Google Cloud Platform-based delivery
- Monitor and optimize system and team performance using KPIs and OKRs
- Drive agile development lifecycle practices to deliver impact quickly
Technical Overview
This is a cloud-based engineering leadership role focused on distributed systems, software architecture, and performance optimization. The team builds and deploys analytics and AI-enabled applications for batch and real-time use cases using Google Cloud Platform, with a strong emphasis on integrating predictive models, LLMs, and vector search into data products and applications.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a lead-level engineering and analytics leader who can manage analytics engineers spanning software, machine learning, and data. They have deep experience designing and operating complex distributed systems at scale and applying agile development lifecycles. They are comfortable building Google Cloud Platform-based applications that integrate predictive models, LLMs, and vector search into production data and analytics products.
