About this role
The Lead Engagement Specialist helps move fitness leads into customers’ facilities so sales associates can close decisions. The role focuses on managing leads in Highlevel, following up quickly (calls and texts), tagging leads correctly, and driving appointment booking and consultation show rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage All Leads in Highlevel
- Properly follow up with leads
- Show tact in conversations and never discuss price
- Maintain documentation and reporting
- Communicate issues, bottlenecks, or trends
Technical Overview
Supports lead management operations using Highlevel and power dialers, including call scheduling, text response workflows, and consistent documentation/reporting. Tracks lead outcomes like bookings, show rates, and requires communicating issues, bottlenecks, and trends.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a customer-facing lead engagement professional experienced with high-volume lead management and rapid follow-up workflows. They have strong, tactful communication skills, can maintain accurate documentation/reporting, and are able to meet aggressive response and appointment-setting targets using tools like Highlevel and power dialers.
