About this role

Lead Engineer responsible for management of non-conformities and technical issue resolution on project sites, acting as the technical reference for field and project engineers, and leading commissioning and troubleshooting of control systems for rotating machinery and turbomachinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Non-Conformities and issue resolution
  • Technical reference for Field/Project engineers
  • Lead Lessons Learned sharing
  • Troubleshoot control systems and rotating machinery
  • Prepare technical docs including RCA and CAPA

Technical Overview

Expert in MarkVIe/MarkVIeS SIL System, Proficy, PLCs, and DCS with ability to interpret control logic and diagrams (P&ID, wiring diagrams). Strong root cause analysis, RCAs, and CAPA actions; travel to sites required.

Ideal Candidate

An experienced Lead Controls Engineer with 7+ years' experience in control systems and rotating machinery, proficient with MarkVIe/MarkVIeS, Proficy, PLCs, and DCS. Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and on-site leadership across project sites with English proficiency and travel flexibility.
