Lead Software Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable software solutions within Infor CloudSuite and related ERP systems, while mentoring developers and aligning with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall design, development, and maintenance of software applications
  • Provide technical leadership and partner with cross-functional business teams to define, implement, and support solutions
  • Ensure high standards of code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices
  • Solve extremely complex technical challenges with broad scope and significant business impact
  • Mentor and coach junior developers

Technical Overview

Strong focus on Infor CloudSuite and ERP components (WMS, M3, ION) with frontend/backend JavaScript/TypeScript stack (React, Next.js, Nest.js, NodeJS) and CI/CD practices. Familiarity with labeling and IDM/data fabric is a plus.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a lead software engineer with 5+ years of software development experience, proficient in Infor CloudSuite and ERP-related tooling (WMS, M3, ION). Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with ERP integrations are essential.
