About this role
Lead Engineer for Mobile Development to design, develop, and deliver cross-platform mobile applications for the logistics domain. Provide technical leadership, ensure agile practices, and maintain high code quality and production readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership, including the design, development, and delivery of business technology-enabled applications
- Be responsible for meeting project schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements
- Drive proficiency within teams, provide resolution to technical issues, ensure best practices are followed
- Mentor developers and help resolve technical roadblocks; conduct collaborative code reviews
- Coordinate technical tasks and oversee deployment and implementation of software solutions
Technical Overview
Stack includes C#, Xamarin/MAUI, or React Native with Android focus; SQL/Oracle relational DBs; REST APIs; GIT; multi-OS (Windows, UNIX) environments; production support and Firebase integration.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior mobile software engineer with 4+ years of Android/mobile development, strong leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering cross-platform solutions using Xamarin/MAUI or React Native.
Must-Have Skills
