About this role
Lead Field Project Engineer to manage field projects for rotating machinery products, serving as the technical reference for site teams and customers. Responsible for troubleshooting, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams, and driving CAPA and change orders in the field.

- Lead RCA, FMEA, and CAPA
- Coordinate field engineering modifications and change orders
Technical Overview
Core scope covers rotating machinery such as heavy-duty gas turbines and aeroderivative turbines, along with associated equipment like motor-driven centrifugal compressors. Focuses on field engineering, document control, FMEA, RCA, CAPA, and quality processes with site milestones and KPIs.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior field project engineer with 5+ years of rotating machinery experience, capable of leading site engagements, troubleshooting complex equipment, and coordinating with customers and suppliers while traveling to field locations.
